When you're wearing neons, it's best to stick with solids and do a pattern with a different piece. You could do like I did and pair a bold blazer with a neutral top and patterned leggings, or you can mix and match however you want! But just remember to keep patterns and bold colors separate unless you have one focal piece and go neutral with everything else.
Also, it's best to do a nude lip and minimal eye makeup. You want to be the canvas.
